Job summary

Kinetic Personnel Group is seeking a dependable Facilities Cleaning Technician for our Garden Grove office to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment. The role focuses on cleaning office areas, two shop restrooms, and keeping the front entrance and exterior areas presentable.

Schedule: Monday-Friday. Pay rate: $20-$22 per hour DOE. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally).

Qualifications

• Janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all office workspaces, conference rooms, reception areas, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize the two shop restrooms, including fixtures, floors, mirrors, partitions, and restocking supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the office and designated shop areas.
• Restock paper products, soap, and other janitorial supplies.
• Clean interior glass, doors, windows, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Perform light outdoor maintenance around the front of the building, including sweeping entryways and walkways.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs to management.
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with company procedures.
