Merit Medical Systems in South Jordan, UT is seeking a Janitorial Inventory Clerk to support inventory accuracy and janitorial operations. You will perform data entry on orders, conduct counts, and coordinate supplies with team members across facilities.

The role requires basic clerical experience, attention to detail, and solid communication skills, with duties including stocking, delivery, and equipment checks. This is a day shift with onsite work.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Six months of clerical experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Ability to work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good oral/written communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.

Responsibilities

• Orders janitorial supplies; ensures and verifies accuracy of paperwork; and performs data entry of orders in database.
• Performs inventory counts and makes adjustments, if needed.
• Works with team members to verify supplies are used properly and ensures quantities are at needed levels.
• Stocks various products in storage areas while ensuring that racks are organized, clean and products are located in proper locations.
• Contact for supply needs and delivery of them.
• Ensures janitorial equipment is in good, working, safe condition.
• Delivers requested items to janitors to different buildings.
• Operates a pallet jack and moves pallets around.
• May assist with janitorial duties.
• Performs other tasks, as needed.

May assist with janitorial duties and run floor equipment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED1.
