Job summary

Vonachen Group in Topeka, KS is seeking a Janitorial/Industrial Lead for 1st shift. This hands-on supervisory role coordinates daily work, performs cleaning tasks across production and facility areas, and ensures safety, quality, and timely completion of duties.

Ideal candidates have prior lead or supervisory experience, strong communication, and attention to detail. The position offers full benefits and Daily Pay with a base of $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily assignments and monitor completion and quality of work.
• Perform general cleaning, industrial cleaning, and general labor duties as assigned.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and apply cleaning chemicals.
• Train and mentor employees on procedures, safety, and duties.
• Provide direction and feedback, and address safety concerns promptly.
• Perform quality checks and ensure standards are met.
