Modern Maintenance, Inc. is seeking experienced janitorial workers for a professional setting in Kansas City, MO. The position offers an hourly wage of $18 with a $500 sign-on bonus after 4 months and requires a professional appearance.

Shifts run Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with union dues after 90 days of employment. Must have janitorial experience and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the full shift.

• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Notify supervisor of any problems
• Perform other janitorial duties as required
