Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring janitorial workers for a professional setting. Wage is $18/hr with a $500 sign-on bonus after 4 months. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 7:00AM–3:30PM, at Union Buildings where union dues apply after 90 days. Must have janitorial experience and present a professional appearance.

This is a client-facing role requiring reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for the shift, and maintain high cleanliness standards.

Responsabilités

• Empty trash containers.
• Clean bathrooms.
• Vacuum all carpeted floors.
• Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors.
• Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low.
• Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas.
• Notify supervisor of any problems.
• Perform other janitorial duties as required.
