Job summary

Windsor Building Services, Inc. in Huntsville, TX is seeking motivated, high-energy cleaning crew members to maintain offices and common areas in commercial buildings.

Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restocking, and cleaning fixtures while upholding Windsor's safety standards. Positions are part-time, roughly 16 hours per week, Monday through Friday, at the Huntsville and New Waverly locations.

Responsibilities

• Cleans offices, common areas, lavatories, halls, and any other areas that may require attention.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs, elevators, and office space.
• Cleans light fixtures, ceilings and vents, walls, furniture, windows, and windowsills.
• Empties trash and garbage containers.
• Restock dispensers / supplies.
• Will be required to use cleaning chemicals properly and safely per Windsor's standards.

WINDSOR BUILDING SERVICES is looking for motivated, high energy crew members that perform general cleaning duties in buildings in a clean, orderly, and functional condition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleans offices, common areas, lavatories, halls, and any other areas that may require attention.

Physical requirements:

• Physically able to walk, stand, bend, lift for duration of shift.
• Significant walking.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, push/pull, lift up to 30lbs.

• Working SOLO

Schedule:

• Two locations: Huntsville & New Waverly
• Monday - Friday
• Working approx. 16 hours per week / may vary
