Description

The Janitorial Custodian role within Real Estate Operations is responsible for routine office cleaning and janitorial services within our Retail and back-office facilities.

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas on a regular basis (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.).
• Executing deeper cleaning tasks and special projects when required.
• Traveling to and cleaning locations within a 45-mile radius.

Additional Responsibilities

• Closing out work orders upon completion via cell phone or Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Communicating professionally with internal colleagues and external customers.
• Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and materials.
• Maintaining company-provided vehicle and phone.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications, and/or Other Professional Credentials

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in janitorial/cleaning role preferred
• Proven customer service experience and abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload
• Ability to communicate in English, including reading and writing

Hours and Work Schedule

• Hours per Week: 40
• Work Schedule: 4:30pm - 1:00am

Pay Transparency

The salary for this position is $17.85 - 21.10 per hour, based on factors including location, skills, and experience.
