Sertoma Star Services is seeking a Janitorial Crew Member for on-site work at Morris, IL. The role focuses on keeping sites clean and well-maintained, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, and trash removal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Entry level experience in janitorial or related fields preferred.
• Must be able to lift forty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning tasks as assigned at scheduled work sites; ensure tasks are completed in accordance with contract/customer specifications and as instructed by supervisor or crew leader.
• Follow the janitorial dress code for working on the contract site (long pants, shirts with sleeves, and appropriate shoes).
• Relay any problems to the Crew Leader or Supervisor.
• Responsible for notifying supervision of tardiness and absenteeism at least four hours before starting time if possible.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner on the job site at all times.

Your Role
