Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member to join our fast-paced team. You will perform cleaning tasks across rooms, restrooms, corridors, offices, and common areas, following standard procedures and daily schedules.

The role requires long periods of standing and walking, the ability to lift up to 49 pounds, and reading of safety instructions in English (Spanish as needed by state). Competitive starting pay and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Stand and walk for 10–12 hours per shift.
• Read and interpret safety rules and procedures (English; Spanish where required by state).

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning according to standard procedures and the building's schedule.
• Clean rooms, restrooms, offices, stairs, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, and mop floors across areas.
• Clean windows and polished surfaces; wipe stainless steel.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness for customers and staff.
• Complete sweep logs and safety records as directed.
• Operate and sanitize equipment safely.
• Follow health, sanitation procedures and safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
