Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Must be able to walk and stand for long hours (up to 10–12 hours).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating/mainte­nance instructions (English; Spanish where required).
• KBSPresence used for timekeeping and communications; app on personal device may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to standard procedures and building schedule.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, lockers, offices, stairs, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, and mop floors in sales and seating areas.
• Clean windows; polish stainless surfaces and dust fixtures/shelves.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer and team restrooms; report issues.
• Complete sweep logs as directed.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment safely.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safe work practices; other duties as assigned.
