Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Lead in San Francisco for a full-time, onsite role. You will guide the crew, interact with clients to deliver professional service, and ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and safely.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a lead role, janitorial operations experience, and the ability to follow safety guidelines and OSHA rules. Join a dynamic team and grow with a company that values reliability and pride in service.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures (English; Spanish where state required)
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer Service oriented with ability to motivate team members

Responsabilités

• The Crew Lead performs site Crew tasks and ensures tasks are fully executed.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure Crew members understand responsibilities under each policy.
• Collaborates with Crew to coordinate daily operations and resolve deficiencies.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with new hires and training.
• Ensure team members have tools to do their jobs and provide clarity.
• May assist with interviews and training.
• Lead by example and motivate the crew
