Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Lead in the United States for a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. The role requires supervising a janitorial crew, coordinating daily tasks, and delivering excellent customer service to the client.

The position offers full-time hours with a start pay of $17.00 per hour and shifts from 6am to 11am, seven days a week, equating to about 35 hours weekly. Training and growth opportunities are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead/supervisory roles is preferred.
• Experience in janitorial operations is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and chemical safety sheets.

Responsibilities

• The Crew Lead performs site Crew tasks and ensures Crew tasks are fully executed at site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service as needed.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure Crew members understand and are knowledgeable of their responsibilities under each policy.
• Collaborate with Crew to ensure coordination and successful execution of daily operations and resolve deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with new hires and training.
• Ensure team members have the information and tools to do their jobs effectively; provide clarity and support team members' success.
• May assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with interviews and training.
• Lead by example and motivate the crew; communicate regularly with Crew members to support performance.
