Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring for a Janitorial Crew Lead in Chesapeake, VA. This full-time role leads the crew, coordinates daily tasks, and ensures client service quality and safety compliance at the site.

The ideal candidate has janitorial operations experience, 1–3 years in a lead role, and strong safety awareness. KBSPresence usage is required, with cell phone reimbursement provided for work-related tasks.

Formación

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.
• 1–3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical safety sheets (English; may be Spanish where required).
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with a positive demeanor and ability to motivate the team.
• KBSPresence app used for timekeeping and communications; cell phone reimbursement provided.

Responsabilidades

• Perform site Crew tasks and ensure they are fully executed.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service as needed.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure crew understand responsibilities under each policy.
• Coordinate daily operations and resolve deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with hires and training.
• Ensure team has information and tools to perform their jobs effectively.
• Assist with interviews and training as needed.
• Motivate the crew and lead by example.
