Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Janitorial Crew Lead in Chesapeake, VA. The role leads site crews, coordinates tasks, and ensures safe, efficient operation with a focus on customer service and team development.

Starting pay is $16.62 per hour. Experience in janitorial ops and supervisory duties is preferred; OSHA guidelines and forklift instructions are relevant. Benefits include retirement, direct deposit pay, and perk programs.

Qualificações

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• English literacy; Spanish may be required where state law applies.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and forklift instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the crew to ensure daily tasks are completed at the site.
• Coordinate with client to provide professional customer service.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with hiring and training.
• Provide guidance, support, and accountability to crew members.
