Job summary

Harvard Maintenance is seeking a dedicated cleaner to support our premier janitorial services in the United States. You will perform basic cleaning tasks, sanitize restrooms and common areas, restock supplies, and operate cleaning equipment while following safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of cleaning experience, strong communication, and reliable transportation. This position requires physical endurance and flexible hours (M-F, 5PM-1AM) at various job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Capable of performing the physical demands of the job (bending, kneeling, lifting, reaching, standing).
• Must be willing to work assigned hours.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all basic cleaning.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Attend to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related cleanup work for trash and restroom concerns.
