Lowes Foods is seeking a dedicated associate to uphold guest service, safety, and store cleanliness standards throughout the store. You will help maintain Show standards inside and outside the store and assist with general maintenance tasks to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

Daily duties include greeting guests, collecting and emptying trash, cleaning spills, sweeping and mopping, operating floor cleaning equipment, and helping keep restrooms and seating areas neat and sanitary.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. constantly and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Knowledge of safety & sanitation.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to bend, kneel, stand, push/pull, and endure outdoor elements for extended periods of time.

Responsabilités

• Provide polite, friendly interactions with all guests and co-workers.
• Gather and empty trash throughout the store as needed.
• Clean up spills, sweep, and mop as needed.
• Use floor cleaning equipment. Floor Scrubber, Floor Buffer
• Maintain a neat and safe work area to allow guests to shop without agitation.
• Maintain and organize backroom supply areas.
• Maintain & clean all guest seating areas.
• Maintain & clean host breakroom.
• Maintain & clean restrooms.
• Maintain sanitation standards on the sales floor and in the backroom area.
• Clean doors, windows, glass, store fixtures, shelving, and racks as needed.
• Performs front-end duties as necessary to ensure “no noticeable wait” standard is upheld and maintained.
• Communicates maintenance needs to store management.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
