Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a store associate to help keep the guest experience positive by providing friendly interactions and assisting guests across the store. You will also perform cleaning, safety, and backroom organization duties to support smooth store operations.

The role includes maintaining cleanliness in seating areas, restrooms, parking lots, and storefronts, while assisting with front-end duties to minimize wait times. Physical tasks are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly interactions with all guests and co-workers.
• Gather and empty trash throughout the store as needed.
• Clean various cases and floor displays throughout the store.
• Clean up spills, sweep, and mop as needed.
• Maintain a neat and safe work area to allow guests to shop without agitation.
• Maintain and organize backroom supply areas.
• Maintain & clean all guest seating areas.
• Maintain & clean host breakroom.
• Maintain & clean restrooms.
• Maintain sanitation standards on the sales floor and in the backroom area.
• Maintain a clean and visually appealing parking lot and store entrance.
• Clean doors, windows, glass, store fixtures, shelving, and racks as needed.
• Performs front-end duties as necessary to ensure “no noticeable wait” standard is upheld and maintained.
• Communicates maintenance needs to store management.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
