Job summary

UG2 is seeking a Janitorial Cleaner to perform cleaning duties across facilities, ensuring a clean, safe environment. The role emphasizes quality customer service and the knowledge or willingness to learn proper cleaning techniques.

Under supervision, you will vacuum, mop, sanitize bathrooms, clean break rooms, restock supplies, and manage janitorial equipment with attention to safety and detail. Training and growth are available at UG2, a company founded in 2012 and headquartered in Boston, MA.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of related customer service and/or facility services experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail.
• Valid Driver's License is a plus.
• Floor care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
• Cleaning windowsills and windows.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals.
• Wearing of proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
• Maintain vending closets in a clean, organized and safe manner.
• Other routine maintenance duties as assigned.
