Job summary

Woodley Building Maintenance, serving the Kansas City area, is seeking dependable janitorial staff to join our team. This role covers multiple client sites, including facilities in Lenexa, KS, requiring reliability, attention to detail, and a pride in delivering a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, removing trash, replenishing supplies, and reporting maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Must pass a background check prior to employment.

• Remove trash and recyclables.

• Follow safety and security procedures at each site.
