Job summary

ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning Advantage by Marshall is hiring part-time cleaners for early afternoon or evening shifts, Monday through Friday. Pay is $16 per hour with a $250 sign-on bonus after 30 days of attendance and quality work.

Training is provided, and PPE is furnished; independence and reliability are essential. Responsibilities include mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, restroom and breakroom cleaning, trash removal, and inventory maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Mop and sweep floors.
• Dust and vacuum surfaces.
• Clean restrooms and breakrooms.
• Take out trash and maintain area cleanliness.
• Restock supplies and equipment as needed.
• Wear PPE and follow safety procedures.

Job description

Hiring Now - Part time Early Afternoon or Evenings

• Monday through Friday
• 6 hours or two-3 hour shifts available
• Cleaning Range 2 PM must be finished by 11 PM
• Payrate $16/hr.
• Sign on bonus of $250 upon completion of 30 days with good attendance and quality work.

Cleaning Duties Include

• Mopping
• Sweeping
• Dusting
• Vacuuming
• Cleaning restrooms and breakrooms
• Taking out the trash
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Provided several evenings of training and ongoing coaching as needed. Must possess the ability to work independently.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time.

PPE Required

• Steel toed boots-reimbursed up to $50 with receipt after 90 days.
• Hard hat-Provided
• Long sleeve t shirt
• Safety Vest -Provided
• Goggles and ear plugs-Provided

Physical Demands

• Be able to wear a backpack vacuum (weighs 8-12 lbs ) for approx. 30-60 minutes.
• Be able to lift up to 30 lbs non-repetitively.
