Gifthealth is seeking a dedicated Janitorial Associate to maintain cleanliness across our office and warehouse facilities in a fast-paced environment. You will help create a clean, welcoming workspace for all employees and visitors while following health and safety standards.

Begin with routine cleaning duties, restocking supplies, and reporting safety concerns. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in mixed office/warehouse environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in office spaces, breakrooms, bathrooms, conference rooms, and warehouse areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect floors, surfaces, and high-touch areas.
• Restock restroom and breakroom supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in all areas of the facility.
• Ensure warehouse floors and walkways remain clean and clear of debris to maintain safety.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate team member.
• Assist with occasional deep cleaning, event setup/teardown, and seasonal cleaning tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols and use proper PPE and cleaning chemicals as directed.

Position Summary

The Janitorial Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across Gifthealth’s facilities, including both office areas and warehouse spaces. This individual will ensure that all working environments are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming space for all employees and visitors.

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in office spaces, breakrooms, bathrooms, conference rooms, and warehouse areas.

Work Environment

• Location: On-site
• Schedule: Full-time
• May require additional availability or flexibility for escalations.
• Regular meetings with your teams, departments, or leadership to ensure alignment.

Key Essential Functions

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfortable using janitorial tools and cleaning chemicals safely.
• Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures, including office and warehouse spaces.
