Job summary

Team MJV is seeking a Part-Time Team Leader for the 2nd shift in Michigan. You will oversee a small team of general cleaners in a multi-floor office building, ensuring cleanliness and safety standard adherence.

You will train new team members, coordinate scheduling, and assist with inventory and equipment maintenance. This role offers part-time hours with evenings, Monday-Friday, and potential for growth within the company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead 3–5 cleaners during 2nd shift and ensure tasks completed to standard.
• Perform cleaning, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.

Job Skills / Requirements

Team Leader will oversee the cleanliness a beautiful, multifloor office building while ensuring wellness by using proper procedures and chemicals learned through paid on-the-job training. This position is responsible for, but not limited to general cleaning duties, dusting, emptying trash containers, vacuuming, mopping, spot cleaning, and sanitizing all designated areas. It also includes proper use and maintenance of equipment, products, and supplies. A Team Leader will train new team members, assist with inventory control, supplies and equipment, as well as encourage and motivate team members.
