Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

This position is responsible for managing a set amount of accounts, developing a relationship with our clients, and managing a team of employees whom are responsible for cleaning those buildings each night.
This is an evening/overnight position.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Physical:Able to lift, carry push and pull up to 50 lbs., able to kneel, crawl, and squat periodically, able to stand and walk for extended periods, able to reach above head and shoulders continuously, able to climb stairs and ladders

Technical:Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Experience/Education:High School diploma, minimum of three years supervisory or management experience in service industry, associate's degree preferred, but not required.
