ServiceMaster Clean is seeking an on-site supervisor to lead janitorial staff, coordinate with operations, and assist in hiring and training. The role emphasizes maintaining client relationships and ensuring clean, healthy environments.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 12pm–9pm, with some flexibility. On-the-job training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within a collaborative team environment.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years’ experience as a supervisor or manager is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to work Mon-Fri 12pm-9pm with some flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Oversight of janitorial staff and support personnel.
• Coordinate with Director of Operations on staff communication and partner relations.
• Assist in interviewing, reviewing, and hiring processes.
• Train new hires and conduct follow-up staff visits to maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; deliver supplies to client locations.
• Perform periodic onsite inspections and coordinate with staff during client reviews.
• Maintain strong customer relations via phone and in-person communication.

Job Position Description:

This position is a Mon-Fri position between the hours of 12pm-9pm with some flexibility required. You would be responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customer’, their students and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities.

Other duties may be Assigned:

• Overall duties include professional overseeing, motivating, and working side by side with our janitorial supervisors and support staff.
• Working with Director of Operations on flow of communication to staff and our business partners.
• Assisting in the interviewing, reviewing, and hiring process.

• Performing in-office and hands on account training of new hires.
• Performing follow-up staff visits, solidifying a strong relationship, and creating a unified work environment.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, including delivering supplies to our staff and our client building location.
• Perform periodic onsite inspections and review with staff.
• Maintain a good working relationship with customer via over the phone or in-person, including during onsite reviews with clients.
• Capability of filling in/production in accounts as needed during times of new account implementation, time off by other staff, or vacant accounts (making sure our clients are taken care of first and foremost).

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) sitting, standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50lbs.
• Must have an eye for detail.
• Team player.
• 1-2 years’ experience as a superviso or manager is a plus but not required.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, a good communicator, dependable, and on time.
