Job summary

Bell and Evans in Fredericksburg, PA is seeking a dependable Janitorial and Laundry Associate for the 3rd shift to help maintain sanitary conditions and laundry services across the facility.

The role covers sweeping walkways, trash removal, restroom and floor care, laundry operations, and basic building maintenance. English or Spanish safety documentation and checklist completion are required.

• Ability to complete checklists.

Responsibilities

• Sweep all walkways
• Gather and empty all trash inside and outside of the facility
• Clean, service, and supply all restrooms and common areas
• Clean inside windows
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Run floor machine to clean large floor areas
• Cleans and maintains offices areas, (sweeping, mopping, dusting furniture and ceiling vents)
• Clean and maintain cafeteria (sweeping and mopping floors, microwaves, refrigerator, shelving, and empty trash)
• Takes trash to compactor
• Operates laundry machines
• Sorts dirty laundry
• Sorts and hangs clean smocks
• Collects dirty laundry cards around the facility
• Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor

The responsibility of the Janitorial and Laundry Associate is to maintain sanitary conditions and or laundry services in assigned area s of the facility.

Days of operations: Sunday - Thursday

Hours: 10:30pm - 7:00am

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
