Staffmark Group in Little Rock, AR is hiring for a Janitorial role. You will help keep facilities clean, organized, and safe, with tasks that fit a steady, team‑oriented routine.

Pay rate is $17.00–$19.00 per hour with competitive weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Prior janitorial experience is preferred, training may be provided, and you’ll wear PPE and follow safety procedures on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors and other surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
• Refill restroom and break-room supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Clean spills promptly and place warning signs when floors are wet.
• Follow cleaning schedules and use supplies and equipment safely.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to a supervisor.
• Follow facility rules for working around manufacturing equipment and production areas.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred; training may be provided.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies or equipment as required.
• Work may take place in an active manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, varying temperatures, and moving equipment.
• Must be able to wear required PPE and follow facility safety requirements.
