Job summary

ServiceMaster Residential Co in Little Rock, AR is hiring a reliable janitorial associate to clean and maintain facilities using our standard products and procedures. The role emphasizes safety, punctuality, and a positive attitude as you support daily operations across multiple sites.

You will perform tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, window cleaning, and restocking supplies, while maintaining inventory and following PPE guidelines. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• 1–2 years experience as custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties for facilities using provided products and procedures.
• Vacuum, mop, empty trash, clean windows, restock dispensers.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Follow PPE guidelines and security procedures.
• Open/close facilities and enable/disable security as required.
• Support flexible schedules and locations.
• Commit to punctuality and teamwork.

Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be Assigned:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures
• Cleaning duties include: vacuuming , mopping, emptying trash, cleaning windows, restocking dispensers, etc..
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper PPE where required
• Opens and locks facilities, enables and disables security system as required.
• 1-2 years experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not required
• Will provide on-the-job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.
• The ability to be flexible, and work at a fast-paced and multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time
• Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Must have a clean background
• Various schedules and location available.
