Job Description

The Janitorial/Cleaner is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and presentable common areas throughout a condominium community consisting of five four-story buildings, each with 24 units, as well as two small clubhouses. This position requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work independently while assisting teammates as needed.

• Clean and maintain common areas throughout all five buildings and two clubhouses.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and blow designated interior and exterior areas.

Clean and maintain:

• Office areas
• Main rooms
• Catwalks on all floors
• Elevators in each building
• Stairways in each building
• Common areas near building entrances
• Empty and dispose of trash from designated receptacles.
• Restock paper products, cleaning supplies, and chemicals as needed.
• Hose down and clean building catwalks on a quarterly basis.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of common areas for residents, guests, and staff.
• Assist other team members with cleaning and community maintenance tasks as needed.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or areas requiring additional attention to management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Full-Time Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm

Pay Rate: $16

Skills & Qualifications

Cleaning or Janitorial Experience PREFERED

Must have own transportation.

Must be a self-starter and able to accomplish duties without constant supervision.

All candidates must undergo a drug screen and background check.
