Job summary

Campbell Property Management in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Full-Time Janitorial team member to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of HOA communities’ common areas, clubhouse, and facilities. You will ensure spaces are safe, well-maintained, and presentable for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning clubhouses, fitness centers, restrooms, windows, and amenity areas; assisting with events; and monitoring supplies. Regular hours 7:30am-3:30pm, pay rate $16/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or HOA facilities.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of common areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain HOA common areas, clubhouse, fitness center, restrooms, hallways, entrances, and amenity areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters, and floors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners as needed.
• Clean and maintain windows, doors, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
• Keep clubhouse and amenity areas neat, organized, and ready for resident use.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for HOA meetings, events, social functions, and community activities.
• Maintain cleanliness around pool areas, including surrounding walkways and pool restrooms, as assigned.
• Monitor janitorial supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
• Properly use and store cleaning products, equipment, and tools.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, damaged equipment, or unusual conditions to the supervisor or Property Manager.
• Assist with light cleaning and general upkeep of community facilities as needed.
• Follow all HOA policies, safety procedures, and established cleaning schedules.
• Provide courteous and professional service to residents, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or supervisor.
