MR KLEEN LLC in Troy, MI is seeking a dedicated janitorial team member to join our crew. This role involves cleaning offices, restrooms, and common areas, and helping maintain a welcoming, safe environment for clients and staff.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with prior janitorial or custodial experience. You must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs, work independently, and adapt to flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Must be dependable and able to work flexible hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of assigned facilities, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors to maintain cleanliness standards
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and fixtures
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and equipment
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
