Job summary

Aerotek is hiring janitorial workers in Gilbert, AZ to maintain cleanliness in a coworking space and outdoor mall. The position begins at 30 hours per week with a 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM schedule and will transition to 40 hours per week with varied shifts including evenings and Saturdays.

We are seeking dedicated janitorial workers to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout a coworking space and outdoor mall. This entry-level position requires comfort with washing dishes and using a broom and dustpan.

• Maintain cleanliness in a coworking space and wash dishes.

Essential Skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• At least six months of cleaning or janitorial experience.

Work Environment

You will work outdoors, maintaining the exterior of shopping areas. Initially, you will work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 2:30 PM. Eventually, this will transition to 40 hours per week, with schedules varying between Monday-Friday (1:30 PM-10 PM) and Tuesday-Friday (1:30 PM-10 PM) plus Saturday (7 AM-3:30 PM).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
