Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties: vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, empty trash, restock supplies and clean kitchens and restrooms.

• Remove debris, litter and spills from property.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and note maintenance needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and report deficiencies.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in a safe, organized manner.
• Notify supervisors when repairs are needed and handle/dispose of cleaning materials properly.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area; daily garage, crew quarters and parking area cleanup.

The primary objective of this position is to maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked work environment that supports efficient operations and enhances the quality of service provided to our customers. The expected result is a clean and orderly facility, both inside and outside, with adequate supplies available for daily operations. Employees in this position are expected to maintain these standards at all times.Applicants for this position are responsible for performing light maintenance and janitorial duties, including preparing portions of the facility for the next business day by emptying trash receptacles, restocking supplies, and cleaning office areas, kitchens, restrooms, crew quarters, and other common areas.Applicants must be available to work four (4) hours per day, five (5) days per week, preferably Monday through Friday. Work schedules may be assigned during early morning hours (generally between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.) or after normal business office hours.
