Job summary

American Facility Services Inc is seeking a Full-time Custodian in Greenville, SC to maintain clean and safe facilities after hours. You will perform sweeping, mopping, restroom sanitation, trash handling, and general cleaning of offices, lobbies, break rooms, and common areas.

The ideal candidate can follow a schedule, wear identification, and represent the organization professionally. Prior custodial experience is a plus; ability to lift up to 40 pounds and operate standard cleaning equipment

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop hard surfaces; clean restrooms with disinfectant.

• Restock towels, soap, and paper supplies; maintain cleanliness of kitchens and break rooms.
• Lock and secure the building after shift.
