Responsibilities include routine cleaning of restrooms, floors, surfaces, and equipment, with attention to disinfecting high-contact areas and waste management.

The role requires adherence to MSDS guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and a commitment to quality, safety, and timely completion of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Follow MSDS guidelines when using various chemicals.
• Empty trash receptacles.

Responsibilities

• Clean toilets, urinals, and sinks and sanitize them regularly.
• Sweep and damp mop floors with a disinfectant cleaner.
• Refill all paper and soap dispensers as needed.
• Clean mirrors with glass cleaner.
• Spot clean walls to remove stains or prints.
• Buff floors to remove scuff marks.
• Strip and wax floors to restore shine.
• High dust above 70 inches including air ducts.
• Vacuum traffic areas and office spaces.
• Dust and vacuum waiting chairs.
• Top scrub and repeat if needed.
• Mop up spills promptly.
• Clean, wipe sinks and water coolers with disinfectant.
• Clean and sanitize microwaves and refrigerators.
• Clean and wipe vending machines.
• Clean air ducts.
• High and low cleaning.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

Cleans and keeps in an orderly condition factory working areas and washrooms, or premises of an office, apartment house, or commercial or other establishment. Duties involve a combination of the following:
Sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and polishing floors; removing chips, trash, and other refuse; dusting
equipment, furniture, or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; providing supplies and minor
maintenance services; and cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms.
