We are seeking a dedicated Janitor/Porter to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at our luxury high-rise, The Grand, in DTLA. If you take pride in creating pristine environments and delivering exceptional service, this opportunity is for you.

• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks across the community, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and common areas.
• Collaborate with team members and property managers to address resident requests and assist with tasks.
• Monitor safety hazards like wet floors or obstructions and report issues promptly.
• Manage cleaning duties efficiently, adhering to schedules and protocols.
• Build positive relationships with residents through friendly, professional interactions.
• Promptly remove trash and debris, ensuring proper disposal in line with environmental guidelines.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
