How You Will Make an Impact

Our guests expect luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Pre-Detail/Car Washer, you will assist the dealership in washing new and used vehicles to sell to our customers. You will impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to service their vehicle by ensuring the vehicles are cleaned, washed, and vacuumed above industry standards.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
• Clean new and used automobiles
• Washes vehicle exterior to clean cars, using cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes
• Vacuum the interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris, using a vacuum cleaner

Skills Needed to Win:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid in-state driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Pass a motor vehicle report and drug screen
