• Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, hallways, elevators, common areas, and restrooms (mop, sweep, strip/wax/buff floors, dust, vacuum, and garbage removal).
• Perform light maintenance duties as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• General upkeep of the buildings and grounds.
• Snow removal and landscaping.
• Maintain all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
• Handle special projects as assigned.

Schedule

Thursday - Monday: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM. Tuesday and Wednesday off.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior janitor, cleaner, or porter experience.
• Reliability and experience working with cleaning chemicals.
• Team player with the ability to work with little supervision.
• Excellent time management skills and work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Light maintenance knowledge is a plus.
