Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in common areas, waiting rooms, hallways and restrooms.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, handrails, light switches and elevator buttons.
• Empty and dispose of trash and medical waste per guidelines.
• Refill dispensers for soap, towels and toilet paper as needed.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocks are needed.
• Set up and clean meeting rooms and events as required.
• Collaborate with maintenance and facilities teams to address cleanliness and safety issues.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to appropriate personnel.
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Assist with other tasks requested by the customer and Advanced Building Maintenance, Inc.
