Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a part-time Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned area inside a particular building or multiple client sites. Flexible duties per site and scope of work, with on-site supervision and opportunities for growth.

Qualifying candidates will have a high school diploma (or six months janitorial experience) and be capable of following instructions with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Six months janitorial experience accepted.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and preserve assigned areas according to site needs.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors and empty trash.
• Maintain restrooms, offices, and common areas spotless.
• Follow chemical safety and equipment procedures.
• Assist with window cleaning and basic upkeep.
• Adapt duties per client specifications as needed.
