Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a part-time Janitor to handle all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas inside client sites. The role includes morning and afternoon shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with weekly pay.

The position supports a professional cleaning crew across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent (or six months of janitorial experience), strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or six months janitorial experience.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to protect floors and surfaces.
• Clean restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash and manage waste as required.
• Clean windows, partitions, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners.
