Job summary

You will handle vacuuming, mopping, restroom scrubbing, carpet shampooing, and basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and trash disposal. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of janitorial experience, familiarity with cleaning supplies and equipment, and a strong work ethic with excellent stamina.

Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Trash Removal: Empty all trash receptacles throughout offices, common areas, and restrooms. Replace liners and dispose of trash in designated dumpsters.
• Vacuuming: Vacuum carpeted areas, hard floors, entryways, offices, and common areas.
• Floor Cleaning: Damp mop tile, vinyl, and other hard-surface flooring using appropriate cleaning products.
• Surface Disinfecting: Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, including countertops, door handles, light switches, and fixtures.
• Restroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, countertops, mirrors, and floors. Replenish restroom supplies as needed.
• Miscellaneous Cleaning: Spot-clean interior glass, entry doors, and visible smudges. Clean and disinfect drinking fountains.
• Weekly Reporting: Send weekly report with photos and cleaning areas.
