Job summary

Liberty Mission Critical Services in Miami is seeking a diligent janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety across the facility. You will perform vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, and carpet care, while also handling light maintenance tasks and reporting major issues to management.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of janitorial experience, a valid driver's license or reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of janitorial experience.
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Excellent stamina and physical health.
• Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building
• Vacuum, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily
• Clean windows, supply restrooms, and perform minor repairs on a regular basis
• Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees
• Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs

We’re looking to hire a hard-working Janitor who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our building. You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms with soapy water, and shampooing carpets, in addition to maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and emptying trash.
