Job summary

Grosvenor Services in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an evening part-time janitorial staff to maintain the building and support a clean, safe environment.

Shifts run Monday through Friday, 5:00pm start, 4 hours per day. Responsibilities include general cleaning, trash disposal, spill cleanup, restroom and breakroom maintenance, and light lifting. English-speaking or bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Pass a background screening.
• Experience in the cleaning industry (minimum 2 years).
• English speaking or bilingual (English & Spanish).

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Cleaning Offices / Restrooms / Breakroom / Common areas.
• Lifting up to 25 - 50 lbs.
• Walking up and down steps.
• Other duties as assigned and determined upon facility needs.
