Job summary

Grosvenor Services is seeking an evening part-time cleaner for a 4-hour daily shift from 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, to maintain and clean facilities including offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas. Responsibilities include trash disposal, spill cleanup, and general maintenance.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in the cleaning industry, pass a background screening, and be English-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish). Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in cleaning industry.
• Background screening required.
• English speaking or bilingual (English & Spanish).

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Cleaning Offices / Restrooms/ Breakroom/ Common areas.
• Lifting up to 25-50 lbs.
• Walking up and down steps.
• Other duties as assigned and determined upon facility needs.
