Job summary

Challenge Unlimited in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a part-time Grounds Laborer to perform cleaning, sanitation and maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires standing, lifting and operating basic cleaning equipment with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service; shift is 4:30pm-8:00pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for pro-rated increased pay for outdoor debris and snow removal.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older.
• Pass criminal background checks and state/federal registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, sweeps, mops, vacuums, dusts, restocks and empties trash.
• Operates cleaning equipment safely.
• Contributes to teamwork by training and helping co-workers.
• Maintains safety, quality and customer service focus in daily duties.
• When needed, remove debris and snow outdoors as a grounds laborer with pro-rated pay.

Position Summary:

• Pay Rate: $17.75per hour
• Shift: Part-Time,4:30pm-8:00pm, Monday - Friday
• Location:Cincinnati, Ohio

Job Duties:

• Cleans, sanitizes, sweeps, mops, vacuums, dust, restocks, and emptiestrash.
• Expected to safely operateequipment.
• Contributes to teamwork by training and helpingco-workers.
• Continually performs duties with a special focus on safety, quality, and customer service.
• When necessary, removal of debris and snow outdoors as a ground'slaborer at pro-rated, increased pay.
