Challenge Enterprises of North Florida, Inc. is seeking a dependable Janitorial Technician to provide cleaning and sanitation services at the Federal Courthouse in Jacksonville, Florida. This part-time role supports a safe, clean, and welcoming workplace.

You will vacuum, mop, sanitize restrooms, dust desks and fixtures, empty trash, and manage supplies while following safety guidelines. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–7:10 pm; strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Preferred janitorial/custodial experience is helpful but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, supplies, and SDS.
• Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, partitions, and fixtures.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, stairs, and designated areas.
• Dust and clean office furniture, desks, windowsills, and common areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners; manage recycling per guidelines.
• Clean stairwells, parking areas, loading dock, dumpsters and exterior zones.
• Maintain sidewalks, perimeter grounds, and entrance areas.
• Restock restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas; organize janitorial closets.
• Operate, clean, and store janitorial equipment; report damages.
• Follow chemical handling, dilution, labeling, and storage procedures; wear PPE.
