About the Role

We are seeking a Janitor / Maintenance Technician to support daily operations by maintaining cleanliness and performing basic facility maintenance in our manufacturing shop and office areas.

This is a hands-on position in an active industrial environment—ideal for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and takes ownership of their work.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and maintain shop floors, offices, restrooms, and break areas
• Sweep, mop, and remove debris from fabrication areas (metal dust, scrap, etc.)
• Empty trash, recycling, and scrap bins
• Perform basic maintenance (light repairs, bulb changes, minor fixes)
• Help organize tools, materials, and workspaces
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies
• Assist with general facility upkeep, including outdoor areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• Prior janitorial or maintenance experience preferred (industrial environment a plus)
• Strong reliability and work ethic — this role is critical to daily operations
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Shift Time 7:30AM - 4:00PM
• Comfortable working in a shop setting (noise, dust, equipment)
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
