Job summary

Flagship Facility Services, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a technical cleaner to maintain the manufacturing facility.

This labor-intensive role requires cleaning tasks across carpeted and non-carpeted areas, lunchrooms, and common spaces, while adhering to safety protocols and wearing PPE such as Tyvek suits and respirators. You will perform routine cleaning, empty waste baskets, dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and ensure lobby glass and break areas are tidy.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and PPE use.
• Physical stamina for labor-intensive cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean carpeted areas including vacuuming and spot-cleaning.
• Clean non-carpeted areas including dusting and floor mops.
• Clean lunchrooms/break areas and wipe tables and appliances.
• Empty waste baskets and replace liners as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.

Job Summary

Job Description

Carpeted Areas

• Empty waste baskets and replace liners as needed.
• Dust/clean tops of office furniture, cleared desks, and surfaces of tables.
• Vacuum all carpeting.
• Spot clean soiled areas on carpets as needed.
• Clean glass on lobby door.

Non-Carpeted Areas

• Empty waste baskets and replace liners as needed.
• Dust/clean tops of office furniture, cleared desks, and surfaces of tables.
• Sweep and mop floors.

Lunchroom/Break Areas

• Empty waste baskets and replace liners as needed.
• Wipe/clean all table tops and chairs.
• Wipe/clean vending machines and appliances.
• Clean sink and counter areas.
• Sweep and mop floors.
