Andretti Associate

An Andretti Associate is responsible for anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations, and implementing creative solutions to provide exceptional Guest service. All positions assist guests in various areas and capacities, listening to requests in a friendly manner while following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality to ensure Guest satisfaction.

• Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgency.
• Assists with guest recovery and notifies manager to ensure positive experiences.
• Communicates clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and fellow co‑workers.
• Works as a team player in meeting guest needs and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments.
• Attends all required department and company meetings and training sessions.
• Knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures.
• Performs opening, running, and closing department duties as assigned.

1+ year prior guest service experience required, preferably in a hospitality, restaurant or entertainment setting. Excellent verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, guest focused and ability to perform job duties in a fast‑paced and amplified environment. Work days, nights, holidays and/or weekends as required. Ability to use a point of sale system and other electronic equipment as needed.

• Performs functions which require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing and stocking up to 30 lbs.
• Some positions require working in extreme temperatures.

Janitor Position

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Janitor to join the team. The Janitor is a part‑time role responsible for anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations while maintaining a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment.

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
• Perform general clean‑up of all areas of the building—dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.
• Maintain routine upkeep of all exterior areas, green space and parking lot.
• Remove trash and garbage daily.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms and closets.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals, safety attire and tools.
• Observe, instruct and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence.
• Maintain constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and co‑workers.
• Performs opening, running and closing department duties as assigned.
• Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
• Be able to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends.
