Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games seeks a part-time Janitor to help maintain clean, welcoming venues across our family entertainment centers. The role emphasizes guest-friendly service while performing general cleaning and safety tasks that support a vibrant, energetic atmosphere.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, cleaning all areas, stocking supplies, and adhering to health and safety rules. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth within a dynamic team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
• Able to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends.

• Perform general cleaning: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming.
• Maintain routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and parking lot.
• Remove trash and garbage daily.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms and closets.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals, safety attire and tools.
• Observe and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence.
• Maintain knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers.
• Perform opening, running and closing department duties as assigned.
• Prior guest service or hospitality experience preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY

An Andretti Janitor is a part-time role responsible for anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest service expectations all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality Guest satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
• Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building- dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming etc.
• Maintain routine upkeep of all exterior areas, green space and parking lot.
• Remove trash and garbage daily.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms and closets.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals, safety attire and tools
• Observe, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.
• Constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
• Performs Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
• Prior guest service or hospitalityexperience is preferred.
